This is the mantra I bring to what I do every day. Empathy for others. Honesty with others. Curiosity about others. It's like magic, being able to create tools that allow people to accomplish what they never thought possible without breaking a sweat. I've been bringing my expertise in linguistics and cognitive science to content design/UX writing for over four years and have loved every second of it.
